Power system

The housing has input and output mains connectors. Installing a UPS and battery together enables autonomous operation.

Input connector (plug) with switch: ~230 V, 50 Hz — customer equipment and UPS when present

Output connector (socket) “~230 V” — external devices

DC 20.9–29.4 V for installed equipment

“24 V” connectors for external loads

USB Type-A for charging mobile devices

Build

A monolithic container with two end covers.

Covers lock with eight tension latches each (three top and bottom, one per side) and two folding carry handles.

One cover opens a two-section bay: UPS and battery on the left, customer equipment on the right. The opposite cover is storage for portable gear.

High-strength polyethylene shell with stiffening ribs. Use standalone or as part of customer equipment.

Hardware cases and mobile AWS: purpose and functions

Engineering TiM’s specialized hardware case is a unified platform for the customer to assemble an operator’s automated workstation. Defence enterprises and security-system integrators can buy a hardware case in Minsk directly from the developer. The chassis is adapted for communications gear, EW complexes and telemetry collection systems.

Structurally the mobile complex is a shock-resistant monolithic container with two-sided access for use in mobile shelters or as an autonomous field control console. The product withstands hard mechanical and climatic loads:

a high-strength polyethylene outer shell with stiffening ribs evenly distributes impact energy, protecting the instrument frame during transport on armored vehicles;

multi-level vibration isolation of the interior neutralizes dynamic overloads and protects electronic components;

IP65 enclosure protection per GOST 14254-2015 keeps out dust and water jets in transit;

two removable end covers with sixteen tension latches ensure sealing on the move and quick access on site;

the power bay is sized for a backup uninterruptible power supply up to 400 W with 230 V AC pass-through up to 16 A.

Modifications and equipment configurations

The interior is divided into functional zones. On the front face is a two-section bay: power units in one section, customer target devices in the other. The opposite end holds a drawer-type storage bay for portable modules, cable reels and sensors.

The front panel provides centralized interconnection:

230 V power connectors (AC-16FL inlet plug and MAGNUM 2P+PE outlet) for pass-through supply of third-party devices;

Wago 236 terminals and an automotive socket for DC equipment at 20.9 to 29.4 V;

USB Type-A connectors up to 2.1 A for powering and charging portable devices;

panel toggles and status indicators, including a power-block parameter display;

integration of battery BA 27400-25.2-001 with a cold-start button; in the field the battery can be recharged from a portable petrol or diesel generator.

Production and assembly of hardware cases to order in Minsk

Engineering TiM performs engineering preparation, customization and delivery of protected enclosures for a specific project. Designers calculate two-section bay layout, chassis balance and thermal parameters for the customer’s radio-electronic subassemblies.

Advantages of Engineering TiM solutions:

structural reliability and stable operation in extreme conditions with a design service life of at least 10 years;

exact match of electrical routes, connectors and mounting points to the agreed specification;

individual adaptation of mounting panels to non-standard controller and instrument sizes.

How to order a hardware case in Belarus: terms and delivery

Work with design institutes, security agencies and enterprises follows a clear process:
